MAPS Conference Cancellation Policy

For all educational programs, modules, Tracks or ACMs, & Conference Events: the Medical Academy of Pediatric & Special Needs, LLC (MAPS) will offer a 100% refund after deducting $100 as administration fee (which includes any credit card processing fees – if any) within 72 hours from time of purchase less. After 72 hours, refunds will be less 50% of original paid amount. All refund requests must be made in writing and post marked or tax stamped no later than 90 days before the event. No refund will be made if the request is made within 90 days of the event. Refunds will not be issued to non-show registrants. Substitutions are always welcome in lieu of cancellation for a $100.00 administration fee. No transfers to alternate events will be made if the request is submitted within 90 days of the original event.

The organizers/management of the event reserve the right to refuse entry to the venue and the event at their own discretion, in which case, up to a full refund may be given but at the organizer’s/management’s discretion.

MedMAPS prioritizes the health and safety of our attendees, speakers, and staff. The in-person fall 2022 conference may be changed to a virtual-only conference based on the requirements of the hotel and state of Arizona mandates. Any confirmed attendee may transfer his/her registration from in-person to virtual no later than Thursday 23rd September if unable to travel to the venue.
